1978-1988 GM G-body bolt-in lightweight chrome moly steering column.  The new TNT G-body steering column gives you a weight savings of more than 15 pounds over your stock column.  Made from 100% chrome moly steel and our one of a kind billet aluminum column hanger bracket makes this a completely bolt-in installation.  The kit comes with the new column, billet hanger bracket, firewall plate and bearing, and 3/4" collar clamp.  We also offer separately an intermediate shaft to connect our column to a factory GM Manual steering box as shown in the pictures above.

1978-1988 GM G-body heater delete plate.  Made from lightweight .060" aluminum.  Available as a direct bolt-in using your stock fasteners, or as a rivet-on.  Use drop-down box below to make your selection.

G-body

           

1978-1988 GM G-body bolt on master cylinder mount for converting to manual brakes and a Strange or Wilwood master cylinder.  Fully machined from 6061 billet aluminum, it features a 3/8" mounting surface with a raised mount for the master cylinder set at the perfect angle to level out your master cylinder.  You can buy this as just the master cylinder mount only, or you can order it in complete kit form.  The complete kit will include the master cylinder mount, a Strange 1.125" aluminum dual inline master cylinder, and the correct pushrod and hardware to attach to your brake pedal arm to make this a complete bolt on installation.  The only required modification is to remove your brake pedal and drill a new 3/8" hole exactly 1" above the factory pushrod attachment pin.  You may also choose to add a Wilwood proportioning valve to your complete kit order.  Use the drop down menu below to select your option.

1.032" bore is optimum for vehicles with 1 or 2 piston front calipers and rear 4 piston calipers or drum brakes.

1.125" bore is optimum for vehicles with 4 piston calipers front and rear.

G-body

 

 

1978-1988 Chevy Malibu light weight aluminum bumper brackets.  These brackets are a direct bolt-on using your factory hardware.  They weigh in at 1 pound each.  That's a weight savings of 3 1/2 pounds per bracket compared to stock ones.  Replace all four for a total weight savings of 14 pounds.  Sold in pairs.
